Biography
David M. “Merc” Pittinos focuses on complex business and real estate litigation and advises clients in real estate transactions
His trial experience includes jury trials, bench trials, and arbitration proceedings. He also has represented clients before the Colorado Court of Appeals and Colorado Supreme Court.
While in law school, Mr. Pittinos served as the Managing Editor for the University of Denver Water Law Review. His honors included a Student Leadership Award for helping to establish the University Of Denver College Of Law's Loan Repayment Assistance Program. He received American Jurisprudence Awards in Hazardous Waste and Toxic Substances and Lawyering Process and the Earthjustice Award for Environmental Advocacy.
Mr. Pittinos is admitted to practice in Colorado state and federal courts.
Mr. Pittinos is a board member of the Duke Club of Colorado and an alumni member of the University of Denver Loan Repayment Assistance Program. He also volunteers with the Colorado Lawyers Committee.
